About the conference

The conference lets associations of retirees of international organisations based in Europe exchange information and ideas in confidence, to better promote, serve and defend the economic, social and moral interests of the retirees they represent.

The 2026 programme has an open discussion session followed by three themed sessions, each made up of short presentations from the associations and a question-and-answer or panel discussion:

The first day ends with a discussion of the next conference (host association, location, date, themes, and the possible creation of a standing committee) and a dinner in the city centre. See the full programme.

Confidentiality

Discussions at the conference are confidential. The sessions are recorded only so that a summary can be shared with the members of the participating associations. The list of participants is not published on the public site; members can see it in the Member area. The list of speakers is public.

Registration

Registration is handled on the conference’s Indico page. No registration fee is listed. The registration form is also where you request a CERN access card and a hotel room.
